When u at internet cafe, go to www.debian.org and click on cd distributors. you find plenty sellers of linux. i bought a versio with a .8' manual, but all real documentation on the disk. if you install newbie documentation you will find it under /usr/doc. *

or if you dont mind waiting a couple of weeks for it go here and request a free ubuntu live cd https://shipit.ubuntu.com/ i think mine only took about 3 weeks to come through the post but that was about a year ago i got mine sent out. youll need to register 1st. *
